Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical methods and advanced analytics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather information on market trends, promotions, and product launches.
• Data Analysis: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to inform demand planning decisions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
• Reporting: Prepare and present demand reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving forecasting processes and tools.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

• Bacheloru2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; Masteru2019s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
