Senior Design Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases for architectural projects across various sectors
• Develop high-quality design proposals, presentations, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering disciplines (MEP, structural, civil) to ensure coordinated and integrated project delivery.
• Review and enhance architectural drawings, specifications, and design documents to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops to communicate design intent effectively.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior architects and design teams.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and design reviews to ensure adherence to design standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budget requirements, and project goals are met.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, innovative materials, sustainability standards, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in architectural design within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Good English level in verbal and written formal communication
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design, technical capability, and project leadership.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and engineering coordination processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead design teams and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
