Senior Design Architect JT & Partners

We are looking for a talented Senior Design Architect, passionate about design and driven by creativity, with 15 Years of experience in designing a project from the early stage of Pre-Concept & Concept. He/She will be reporting to Design Director; The position is available to join immediately. A Software expertise is required in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, VRay, Lumion, Microsoft Office. Salary is depending on experience.



Duties and responsibilities include:

1. Management of architectural project design teams;
2. Management of multi-disciplinary design teams, including specialist subconsultants, consultants directly employed by the client and other stakeholders, to coordinate and resource plan to achieve deadlines and project design objectives;
3. Responsible for defining the list of architectural drawings and documents for projects and ensuring their production;
4. Provides technical review support across disciplines to ensure quality and technical issues are effectively addressed;
5. Technical coordination with and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams and specialist consultants;
6. Attends coordination meetings and design workshops as required;
7. Overall responsibility of deliverables of the architectural discipline;
8. Preparation and control of design documents as per standard procedures and as per contractual requirements;
9. Prepare design documents to enable reviews and resolve any comments made;
10. Ensures design calculations are checked and comments resolved;
11. Coordination of design documents across all disciplines;
12. Other duties and tasks as may be required, assigned and/or instructed by the Managing Director, Associate Director, Project Director or Design Principal.
