Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design inputs across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure all design deliverables comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, and relevant local and international codes and standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, authorities, consultants, and internal project teams to facilitate design approvals and address technical queries.
- Review design submissions, drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure quality, coordination, and constructability.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts, inconsistencies, and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor design progress against agreed schedules and support the project team in meeting key milestones.
- Coordinate authority submission packages and support the approval process with relevant UAE/GCC authorities.
- Participate in design coordination meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior designers and discipline engineers as required.
- Ensure design changes are properly managed, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in design coordination, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC authority requirements, codes, standards, and approval processes.
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams on complex projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and design quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Experience on large-scale commercial, residential or mixed-use, projects is preferred.
- Available in UAE / Immediate joiners preferred
