Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough design reviews, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and design flaws before prototype.
  • Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, testing, etc.) to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in design engineering, demonstrating a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), simulation tools, and other relevant design software.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
