The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You ll be responsible for:

Delivering delegated elements of the annual business plan within deadlines and budget.
•
Leading and managing design resources and daily operations across projects.
•
Acting as the focal point for all design-related matters.
•
Presenting KPIs and management review data to project and sub-function leadership.
•
Supporting business development and work-winning activities.
•
Leading the development and delivery of relevant training.
•
Ensuring adherence to management systems, roles, and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Recommending and implementing changes to delivery plans, developing new tools and processes.
•
Influencing procurement strategies and addressing contractual and legal aspects.
•
Collaborating with PMO teams to ensure coordinated deliverables.
•
Leveraging company resources and centre of excellence knowledge for continuous improvement.
•
Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
You ll need to have:
•
Relevant MEA experience.
•
Degree qualification.
•
Relevant professional membership.
•
Proven experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes.
•
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
