Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
At Generator Design Agency, we believe in the power of culture-driven storytelling to transform brands and shape experiences.
We re looking for a Senior Designer with a strong branding background someone with sharp visual instincts, a passion for identity design, and the ability to turn insights into impactful, design-led narratives.
You ll take the lead on crafting brand identities and visual systems that connect deeply with audiences. You ll collaborate closely with art directors, writers, and strategists to bring ideas to life across print, packaging, digital, and content platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design brand identities, systems, and toolkits with creativity and precision
- Lead creative execution from concept to delivery across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with strategy and content teams to bring brand stories to life visually
- Ensure design consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance in every output
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers
- Contribute to presentations and client communications with clear visual thinking
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in branding and visual design, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and thoughtful visual execution
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Figma or similar prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative prompting or image generation
- Confident communicator, visually and verbally
- English fluency is an advantage
