Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Management: Architect and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to streamline releases and improve delivery reliability.
  • Configuration Management: Use Ansible for consistent, automated deployment and configuration across environments.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana) for proactive system health management.
  • Kubernetes Management: Design and manage Kubernetes clusters to support scalable, resilient applications.
  • Cloud Platform Expertise: Operate resources on Azure and AWS for secure, scalable cloud management.
  • Automation: Streamline repetitive tasks across the DevOps lifecycle to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Open-Source & Best Practices: Apply open-source tooling and DevOps best practices to enhance stability, security, and performance.
  • Database (Plus): Experience with database tooling is a plus, particularly ProxySQL.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

5+ years in DevOps / SRE, with strong hands-on skills in cloud platforms, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS
  • Solid experience with Kubernetes
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD, especially Jenkins
  • Strong automation/configuration management skills using Ansible
  • Experience with Grafana (monitoring and observability)
  • Strong automation mindset (automation-first, proactive approach)
  • Familiarity with open-source tools and DevOps best practices
  • Database experience is a plus, particularly ProxySQL
