Ensure coding standards and best practices are consistently followed across the team.

Work hands-on with key AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, SNS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, using AWS SDKs for both Java and Python.

Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot.

Build scalable and efficient applications using Spring Batch and Spring Integration.

Develop Python code especially for AWS Lambda serverless functions.

Contribute to Low-Level Design (LLD) and software architecture discussions.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven environment.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, organization, and automation.

Manage the team and ensure successful on-time project delivery.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Develop, test, and deploy CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, optimizing build, test, and deployment workflows.

Manage Kubernetes clusters including configuration, scaling, and deployment of containerized applications.

Automate repetitive tasks using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability, scalability, and reliability.

Develop automation scripts and internal tools to improve cloud operations and deployments.

Implement security best practices and compliance controls across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
