Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment tasks and improve efficiency.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure application stability and uptime.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance across all environments.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation of various operational tasks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Create and maintain documentation related to infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to preemptively address potential issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior infrastructure and DevOps team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish requirements and plan deployment projects.
• Ensure robust system backup and recovery procedures to protect organizational data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
• Strong expertise with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby for automation.
• In-depth knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
