Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage SEO/SEM activities to increase traffic and improve ranking.
- Oversee social media content, engagement, and performance analytics.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage online advertising budgets and optimize ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
