Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage SEO/SEM activities to increase traffic and improve ranking.
  • Oversee social media content, engagement, and performance analytics.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage online advertising budgets and optimize ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing junior staff.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
