Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan annual and quarterly digital roadmaps (campaigns, channels, budgets, KPIs).
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Optimize ROI, reduce CPA, improve CTR, and achieve performance KPIs.
Oversee content strategy and calendars across all social platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
Collaborate with creative teams on visual assets, videos, and ad creatives.
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Search Console, etc.
Plan and execute email campaigns, automation, and workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4 7+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in performance marketing and managing medium-to-large ad budgets.
Experience in B2B industries is a plus (e.g., industrial, oil & gas, manufacturing).
