Roles & Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage complete performance funnels: search, Performance Max, display, remarketing, retargeting, catalog sales, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage campaign budgets with a focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and measurable growth.

SEO and SEM

  • Execute complete SEO audits using and Search Console.
  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and build ranking strategies.
  • Improve landing pages, content structures, and conversion paths.

Analytics and Tracking

  • Configure and manage GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Clarity, and conversion tracking systems.
  • Build reporting dashboards for clients, including weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Track KPIs and diagnose performance issues across the funnel.

Creative, Funnels, and Automation

  • Write ad copy, landing page content, and funnel messaging when needed.
  • Provide creative direction for designers to ensure ads meet performance standards.
  • Use automation tools such as WATI, FunnelKit, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Meta automated flows.

Coordination and Communication

  • Work exclusively with the Egypt branch team.
  • Attend digital meetings with UAE, Libya, and UK teams as needed (online only).
  • Communicate clearly with clients when required.
  • Follow internal processes, deliverables, timelines, and reporting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

This is a senior-level execution role for a highly experienced digital marketer with 10+ years of practical, hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, funnels, and multi-channel digital execution.

  • This is not a junior or mid-level role.
  • This is not a people-management position.
  • This role requires someone who can independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize full campaigns across multiple platforms without supervision.
  • We also require someone who has strong experience working in digital marketing agencies, not only in corporate or in-house roles.
  • Agency experience is mandatory because you will manage multiple accounts, multiple deadlines, and fast execution cycles.
