Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns focused on promoting real estate properties and services. - - Drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through multi-channel digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies targeting property buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Optimize website SEO and enhance user experience to improve online visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee content creation and management for website, social media channels, and email marketing.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and client retention.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials, including videos, virtual tours, and infographics.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and market trends in the real estate sector.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts with offline campaigns and events (property launches, open houses).
  • Maintain and update databases to track leads and customer interactions.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong command of English.
