Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • This is for the e-commerce marketplace retail application.

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results.

  • Analyze digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to continuously optimize campaigns and enhance ROI.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

  • Manage paid media budgets and optimize ad spend across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads for maximum effectiveness.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform campaign strategies.

  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and voice.

  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company’s digital assets.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Mentor junior team members and provide training on digital marketing best practices and tools.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and product offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are highly desirable.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing across diverse industries, particularly tech or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and generate fresh marketing ideas.
