Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience.
Certification in Training and Development or equivalent experience.
Project Management or Business Analysis certifications, or equivalent experience is a plus
8 to 10 years relevant experience in change management and/or disruptive technology implementation roles focusing on roll-out and user adoption

Excellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, specifically related to the implementation of disruptive technology in industrial settings.
Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration, and proven ability to work cross functionally.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess change impacts and develop effective strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in digital delivery and transformation in industrial setting, preferably within the O&G industry is a plus
Experience in project communication and in planning and managing training programs.
Good knowledge of training authoring tools, e.g. Adobe Captivate
Desired Candidate Profile
