Roles & Responsibilities

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Delivery - Hospitality to lead our ambitious hospitality development projects. This key position will oversee the successful execution of our luxury hospitality initiatives, ensuring they align with Qiddiya's vision of transforming the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for entire project delivery, from the initial concept phase through to operational handover.


Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the delivery process of all hospitality projects, ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with design, construction, and operational teams to create innovative and world-class hospitality experiences.
  • Define and implement project pipelines, delivery strategies, and best practices to optimize project performance.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Establish effective project governance and communication structures to facilitate alignment and transparency.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to handle potential project challenges.
  • Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental entities, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress, timelines, and risks to senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on excellence in hospitality delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in delivery management within the hospitality sector, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing successful project teams.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to overcoming challenges in project delivery.
