Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

GNFF is seeking a highly organized and analytical Programs Coordination & Reporting Officer to support the Senior Director of Programs in coordinating workflows, monitoring program deliverables, managing reporting systems, and supporting internal committees and experts across the Programs Department.

The role serves as an operational and coordination bridge between the Senior Director of Programs, consultants, experts, committees, and internal stakeholders while contributing to data organization, reporting efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative workflows, schedules, and follow-up activities for the Senior Director of Programs.
  • Track expert contracts, deliverables, KPIs, timelines, and reporting requirements.
  • Support coordination and follow-up of internal committees including HR, Finance, and Communications.
  • Prepare structured dashboards, reporting tools, and consolidated program performance reports.
  • Support workflow automation and reporting process improvements using digital tools.
  • Maintain organized databases, documentation systems, and program records.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up with consultants, experts, and institutional partners.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support to facilitate operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper data management practices at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2 3 years of experience in coordination, reporting, data management, program support, or administrative operations.

Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Experience in dashboards, reporting systems, workflow tracking, and data management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting/automation tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

High attention to detail and commitment to timely delivery.

Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
