Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Conduct technical studies and design detailed plans.
- Modeling parts and assemblies (2D/3D) using software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Analyze the project's needs and propose optimized technical solutions.
- Supervise and validate the plans produced by the junior draftsmen.
- Ensure that designs comply with technical standards and constraints.
- Collaborating with technical teams, production and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of design methods.
- Profile
- Degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, industrial design or equivalent.
- Significant experience (5 years or more) as a design draftsman.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Excellent reading and interpretation of technical plans.
- Ability to lead a team and transmit knowledge.
- Rigour, precision and a sense of organisation.
- Analytical mind and proactive approach.
