Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the use of common DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, as well as MS Office tools.
- Pay close attention to minor details and ensure accuracy in all projects.
- Share expertise with colleagues and assist in task evaluation and preparation.
- Handle formatting and layout for reports, catalogs, and image corrections or manipulations.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in desktop publishing, with at least 2 years in localization companies.
- For Senior Level +5 years
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Good experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher.
- Familiarity with different font types and publishing specifications, including page size, binding, trim, and bleeds.
- Hands-on experience with PDF corrections.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
