Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain &Manufacturing modules.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, ERP, and Finance to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable system solutions while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Design, configure, and deploy solutions covering Production Control, Inventory, Procurement, and Master Planning.
Manage data migration, testing (UAT), and ensure proper documentation and change control.
Provide hands-on support, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous system enhancements.
Deliver training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to internal users and stakeholders.
Drive innovation and process automation aligned with global ERP standards and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain &Manufacturing implementations (preferably internal corporate environments).
Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following modules: Production Control,
Master Planning, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management.
Proven experience leading ERP transformation projects from design to go-live and support.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and supply chain processes.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant (preferred).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
