Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical installations and equipment.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, civil, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to guarantee quality and adherence to project timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, providing expert guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate materials, components, and technologies for optimal system performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering, integrating innovative solutions into ongoing and future projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a fast-paced or large-scale environment.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to conduct on-site inspections and supervise field activities as required.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Revit, Cad, Microsoft, and other related software capabilities.
  • Strong English language.
  • Excellent previous experience with reputable companies and design offices.
  • From 10 15 years experience in same field.
