Role Overview

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of electrical systems and infrastructure across a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities

• Electrical System Design: Design and develop electrical systems for buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards.

• Project Management: Manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems and equipment, identifying issues and implementing solutions to optimize performance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, construction managers, and other engineers, to deliver seamless project execution.

• Testing & Commissioning: Conduct tests on electrical systems and equipment to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all designs and implementations meet safety standards and regulations set by local authorities and international best practices.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, and ensure proper record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in designing and managing electrical systems in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design and simulation software.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and local regulations (Qatar-specific knowledge is a plus).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Willingness to relocate to Qatar and work on-site full-time.
