Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead execution of electrical systems for high-rise MEP projects (LV, ELV systems)
Manage site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical works
Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines (Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
Ensure compliance with DEWA, DM, and other local authority regulations
Supervise and guide junior engineers and site electricians
Monitor project progress, quality control, and site safety standards
Prepare and review method statements, inspection requests, and as-built drawings
Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
Desired Candidate Profile
7–15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering (MEP), preferably high-rise projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong knowledge of LV systems, lighting, power distribution, ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarm, data, etc.)
Experience in UAE construction projects with authority approvals (DEWA / DM / DCD)
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and handle project deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
UAE experience is mandatory (preferred)
