Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of electrical systems for high-rise MEP projects (LV, ELV systems)

  • Manage site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical works

  • Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines (Mechanical, Civil, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with DEWA, DM, and other local authority regulations

  • Supervise and guide junior engineers and site electricians

  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and site safety standards

  • Prepare and review method statements, inspection requests, and as-built drawings

  • Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7–15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering (MEP), preferably high-rise projects

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Strong knowledge of LV systems, lighting, power distribution, ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarm, data, etc.)

  • Experience in UAE construction projects with authority approvals (DEWA / DM / DCD)

  • Strong leadership and site coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple teams and handle project deadlines

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities

  • UAE experience is mandatory (preferred)
