Supervise the development, installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems, including PLCs and related control devices.

Ensure preventive maintenance plans are properly developed, updated, monitored, and executed for all electrical equipment.

Lead and supervise the Electrical Maintenance technicians.

Identify training needs and manage skill development plans for electrical maintenance technicians to support plant systems and equipment.

Manage, operate, and maintain the plant power distribution systems (LV/MV as applicable).

Report any issues related to the Food Safety Management System to the Food Safety Team in accordance with company procedures.

Ensure spare parts studies, stock levels, and purchase requests are updated to guarantee smooth and continuous equipment operation.

Achieve electrical spare parts inventory targets while meeting section objectives, plans, and approved budgets.

Support and participate in all company upgrades, expansions, and capital projects related to electrical systems and activities.

Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are performed in full compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, preferred automation (PLC&SCADA).
• Experience in heavy industry, recycling, FMCG, or chemical plants.
• Experience in high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of energy management systems.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing electrical systems for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management systems.
