Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of detailed electrical cost estimates covering LV, MV, ELV, BMS, and ICT systems
Oversee complete quantity take-offs and detailed cost build-ups, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Review and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and employer requirements
Establish and validate labor productivity norms, pricing strategies, and cost assumptions
Prepare and review technical clarifications, exclusions, qualifications, and commercial notes
Coordinate closely with mechanical and civil estimation teams on combined tenders
Support senior management during tender reviews, negotiations, and value engineering exercises
Review, validate, and mentor junior and mid-level estimation engineers
Identify risks, cost optimization opportunities, and alternative solutions during the tender stage
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in electrical estimation, with exposure to large-scale projects
Strong technical knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems
Proven experience in Saudi Arabian and GCC projects is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (Candy experience is a strong advantage)
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
