Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the electrical maintenance operations for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings within Al Rabat s diverse portfolio.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and safety of all electrical systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation of critical infrastructure.
Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, facility managers, and other engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company standards.
Prepare detailed maintenance reports, documentation, and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in the commissioning and handover of new projects, ensuring all electrical systems are fully operational and compliant.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in electrical maintenance technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
5 to 7 years of proven experience in electrical maintenance within large-scale commercial Buildings facilities.
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex electrical issues.
Experience supervising and developing technical teams.
Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
