Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to detect malfunctions.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment failure and operational disruption.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems, diagnosing faults and performing repairs.
• Develop, document, and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Manage imported spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department in dealing with vendors or contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and machinery reliability.
• Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff or technicians.

Respond to emergency maintenance requirements and perform on-call duties when necessary.

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and automation technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise technical teams.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
