Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow Up the Maintenance Schedules regarding the Electrical equipment to correspond with the instructions included in the maintenance and operation manuals for the equipment to perform the periodic maintenance within the station to reduce the equipment failure and increase the efficiency of operating the equipment.
Review the analytical drawings to analyze the data related to performance rates within the PP.
Follow up the daily/ weekly/ monthly reports related to consumption, production, maintenance programs and spare parts' requirements to coordinate with technical affairs department to ensure the efficient performance of the PP.
Prepare time schedules for the implementation of any installations for equipment's within the station where the installation should match the instructions prepared for the equipment's, to conform to QHSE and to determine if the implementation is through a contractor or by the station itself.
Work on solving the operation problems to reduce the incompetence of machines and carry out technical support to the operation's employees to minimize the amount of losses in order to achieve the continuity of operation to station and to achieve the highest performance.
Follow-up any purchases required for the station if any malfunction occurs unexpectedly to ensure the continuity of the station.
Perform the classification of inventories (spare parts) available and required to be submitted to financial department to ensure the availability of spare parts on time in the station.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5 to 8 years of progressive experience in electrical power engineering, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
Proven track record in managing large-scale power generation, transmission, or distribution projects.
Strong knowledge of power systems design, analysis, and protection.
Experience with the operation and maintenance of generators, transformers, and distribution panels.
Familiarity with EPC, BOO, BOT, and O&M project delivery models.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project environments.
