Senior Electrical Project Engineer (Execution & Installation) – Data Centers

Job Title: Senior Electrical Execution Engineer

Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:
A hands-on leadership role focused on the physical installation and successful commissioning of electrical systems for Tier III/IV Data Centers. The candidate must possess deep expertise in managing large-scale labor forces and navigating the specific inspection protocols of UAE authorities (DEWA/ADDC/SEWA/FEWA).

Responsibilities:

• On-Site Installation Leadership: Direct supervision of the installation of high-density electrical infrastructure: MV/LV switchgear,cabling , containments , large-scale UPS systems, rectifier, and backup power generators.

• Labor & Crew Management: Lead and motivate large teams of foremen, and technicians. Manage daily manpower allocations, productivity tracking, and "Toolbox Talks" to ensure high-output execution.

• Subcontractor Control: Manage specialized MEP subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to the project timeline, quality benchmarks, and the specific "Clean Room" protocols required for Data Center white spaces.

• Authority Liaison (UAE Expertise):

  • Directly manage the DEWA/ADDC/SEWA inspection process for transformer room approvals and final power tie-ins.

  • Ensure all cable containment and fire-stopping meet UAE Civil Defense requirements for mission-critical facilities.

  • Manage the Etisalat/du site requirements for incoming telecommunications diverse paths.

• Material & Logistics: Oversee the site-level receipt, safe storage, and "Right-First-Time" installation of long-lead items (LLIs) to avoid costly damage or project delays.

• Testing & Load Banking: Lead the execution of Load Bank testing (Heat Load testing) and the Integrated Systems Test (IST), ensuring all field wiring supports the required redundancy (2N/N+1).
