Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee all on-site electrical engineering activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within overall project designs.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide installation and commissioning processes.
  • Monitor progress of electrical works, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to regulatory codes and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and records of electrical activities.
  • Assist in the procurement and selection of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants to address technical queries and resolve site-related challenges.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in site supervision
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tools
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
