Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to develop
electrical designs and specifications that meet project requirements and
compliance standards.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical reports,
ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of electrical designs, identifying potential issues
and providing solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that
electrical systems are seamlessly integrated into overall project designs.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to monitor project
progress, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and
design specifications.
- Perform regular inspections of construction sites to verify electrical
installations, troubleshoot problems, and ensure adherence to design intent.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering within a technical office environment.
• Proven track record in managing electrical technical office functions for large-scale real estate or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience with shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
