Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Electrician is responsible for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in diesel power plants to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
- Carry out repair and troubleshooting of electrical faults
- Work on Wartsila or CAT MAK diesel generators
- Ensure proper functioning of generators and electrical components
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor electrical systems and ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate with mechanical and operations teams
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Follow safety procedures and HSE standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 68 years experience in diesel power plant maintenance
- Experience in Wartsila or CAT MAK generators
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Experience in maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of safety standards
