Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Mechanical Engineer to head our Centralized Gas System (CGS) sales and project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, exceptional leadership qualities, and a proven track record in B2B project sales and management.

� Lead and manage the sales and project teams for the CGS division, ensuring optimal performance and team synergy.
� Drive project sales growth by converting leads, responding to enquiries, and securing new business.
� Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and client requirements.
� Identify and acquire new opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
� Engage and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders to position our CGS solutions effectively.
� Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, execution) to ensure seamless project delivery.
� Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
� Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and team development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/project execution in the CGS
Proven leadership experience in managing sales and technical teams
Strong understanding of centralized gas system design, standards, and project cycles
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value
Salary Range : 1000 - 1200 BHD with company vehicle, fuel, chip and family status.
