Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in the field of Civil Engineering and should be able to identify and resolve civil engineering issues related to the buildings.
  • Provide engineering inputs and solutions during all required phases of project,
  • Design development and project implementation.
  • Proficiency and well understanding about industry standards, Current codes and various Materials.
  • Carrying out routine PM (preventive) survey as per company policy & schedule the required Corrective Maintenance (CM) to make sure that buildings are safe and well maintained.
  • Prepares design/specification/quotations, invitation to bidders, and quotations evaluation statements for civil construction projects.
  • Arranges for orders to implement minor alteration to existing sites as per requirements.
  • Preparing cost estimates, plans and specifications, feasibility studies, and other technical reports.
  • Undertakes design reviews and checking
  • Carries-out acceptance inspection work related to the preliminary and final “Handing-over” of various civil projects
  • Verifies Contractors’ invoices and endorses to authorized personnel for approval

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master/ Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 15+ years' of experience in in the field of Engineering services and with ample exposure to Civil Maintenance services environment.
  • Any additional skills like Building design, Autocad, MS project management skills, Knowledge about Internal code, PRIMAVERA.
  • Driving license is considered as mandatory requirement.
