Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead complex engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct detailed technical analyses, making data-driven decisions to optimize designs and processes for efficiency and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to develop integrated solutions that meet business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) with a Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience in a fast-paced, technical environment, preferably in the facility management industry.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies, showcasing successful project delivery.
