Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead complex engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
Conduct detailed technical analyses, making data-driven decisions to optimize designs and processes for efficiency and performance.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to develop integrated solutions that meet business needs.
Proven experience in project management and project delivery within the facility management industry, with strong estimation experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) with a Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience in a fast-paced, technical environment, preferably in the facility management industry.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies, showcasing successful project delivery.
