Roles & Responsibilities

1. Training & Development

  • Conduct and coordinate fundamental, elemental, and on-the-job skill training for technicians.
  • Support train-the-trainer initiatives.
  • Develop training models to enhance technician skills.

2. Skill Management

  • Conduct skill gap analysis.
  • Support skill-based progression mapping.
  • Coordinate multiskilling programs to improve productivity and quality.

3. Engagement & Wellbeing

  • Organize technician engagement activities.
  • Conduct technician wellbeing-related activities.
  • Facilitate career development planning.

4. Logistics & Program Management

  • Manage training delivery logistics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial/Production Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in training coordination, skill development, or L&D within manufacturing or modular construction.
  • Knowledge of competency mapping, career progression frameworks, and multiskilling strategies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Certifications in Learning & Development, Lean, or Kaizen preferred.
