Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for offshore brownfield works (WHTs, subsea cables, and piping)

  • Prepare baseline schedules and track progress against plan, identifying deviations and recovery actions

  • Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and monitoring for brownfield modifications

  • Coordinate with EPC/PMC/contractors for planning, scheduling, and cost control

  • Support change management (MCRs, VOs), risk assessment, and impact analysis on schedule and cost

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholder review

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in project planning and cost control within the oil and gas industry, including offshore project exposure.

  • Minimum 5+ years in Offshore Projects is mandatory

  • PMC experience will be preferred

  • Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage

  • Strong knowledge of planning and cost control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Excel).

  • Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and earned value management.

  • Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
