Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Procure civil construction, finishes, equipment, and systems from local and international sources
vendors.
Identify cost-effective sourcing options while meeting the company's quality standards
SOPs.
Monitor market trends, alternative materials, and innovations in construction and
interiors.
Manage vendor evaluation, database, and compliance.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and design teams for material requirements and
timelines.
Analyze procurement data, control budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures
measures.
Prepare MIS reports and manage multiple projects independently.
Support sustainable sourcing practices
Procurement experience in Civil and Finishes products is mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 6–8 Years
BE / BTech – Civil Engineering
Skills: Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, SAP/SAP Ariba, Cost Control, MIS Reporting
