Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with international & local vendors / manufacturers to procure materials related to civil ( construction & Finishes), equipment's and systems.
  • Knowledge of Global Markets to identify cost effective solution while maintain quality standards as per company's SOPs.
  • Monitor market trends, alternative materials, and innovations in construction and interiors.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Maintain vendor database and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate Contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize procurement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, and design teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
  • Familiarity with sustainable sourcing and cost control practices.
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba would be added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Min 6-7 years of experience in Procurement
  • Large scale procurement experience in Constuction industry.
  • Should have strong sourcing experience for Civil and Finishes products
