Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial fields.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a production engineering role.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments.
