Senior Engineer - QA/QC- Electrical Sobha Constructions LLC

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Assistant manager as part of audit team in conducting QA/QC checks / audits /Assessments which are conducted as part of corporate Audit team at assigned project sites for MEP work in order to verify with Sobha's quality management standards. The incumbent will also assist in capturing during the audit that correct construction practices are being followed at assigned Sobha Projects sites. Key responsibilities: In Quality Assurance /Quality Control : a. Carryout Quality checks that the implementation of correct construction practices for all MEP works are in compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, Drawings, Specifications. b. Carry out audits / Assessments and raise NCRs, classifying them into major or minor and monitor their closure. c. Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring the equipment is within calibration prior to use during the audits /assessments d. Assist /Prepare project Quality Audit Head / Functional Head in preparing the Audit reports . Assessment reports Training materials, monthly reports. e. Prepare training materials for Conduct trainings on lessons Learnt during audits, awareness training etc. f. Provide technical guidance on technical issues where ever support is requested. g. Assist in preparing guidelines, process and procedures etc. h. Training: Assist in conducting QMS trainings such as QMS induction, awareness, good construction practices to all project teams Candidate should have good technical knowledge in MEP , Soft skills for report preparations, analysis etc.
