Roles & Responsibilities

Creative Responsibilities
  • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy that reflects brand voice and objectives.

  • Develop creative concepts in partnership with Art Directors.

  • Modify and refine concepts in response to client and internal feedback.

  • Ensure alignment between copy and visual direction.

  • Oversee campaigns from concept through production to completion.

  • Produce work that is on brief, on time, and on budget.

Client & Team Collaboration
  • Liaise with clients and account teams to interpret and understand briefs.

  • Present concepts confidently to stakeholders.

  • Build strong working relationships with Account Management, Planning, and Traffic teams.

  • Maintain a proactive and innovative approach to creative collaboration.

Research & Market Awareness
  • Stay updated on industry trends, culture, media, fashion, and consumer insights.

  • Research client products, competitors, and market positioning.

  • Understand brand essence and audience behavior to craft relevant messaging.

Commercial Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the profitability of the business by maximizing the creative value of campaigns.

  • Monitor billing, noting potential changes in revenue or write-offs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree or equivalent in Advertising, Communications, Design, or a related field.

  • Established portfolio showcasing strong copywriting work.

  • Prior experience in advertising or a creative agency is essential.

  • Strong understanding of the advertising creative process and industry standards.

  • Ability to produce copy that is compliant with advertising regulations.

Skills & Attributes
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to think conceptually and creatively.

  • Strong understanding of typography, tone, mood, and visual alignment.

  • Ability to generate original ideas in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing abilities.

  • Knowledge of media channels and content optimization for digital platforms.
