Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted manager of your clients’ financial needs.
Cultivate and maintain a stable portfolio of HNW and institutional clients through personal and professional networks.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, market legislation, and best practices.
Uphold the highest ethical standards, acting as a steward of your clients' interests.
Strategically grow client portfolios using the full breadth of the firm’s investment capabilities.
Actively contribute to the firm’s commercial development through collaboration and idea-sharing.
Meet and exceed individual KPIs including revenue generation, AUM growth, and account profitability, while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Candidate Requirements
10+ years of experience in a well-established private bank, brokerage or wealth management firm.
A well-established HNW or institutional client base (local or international) with a history of professional collaboration.
Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies .
Proven ability to expand existing relationships and acquire new clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong motivation, team spirit, and a collaborative mindset.
Interest in alternative asset classes such as venture capital, fixed income, equities, hedge funds, and crypto instruments is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Impeccable work ethics and professional integrity.
