Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ERPNext solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis and offer expert recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT) to ensure seamless ERP integration.
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems while maintaining data integrity.
  • Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Document complex client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards and optimize system performance.
  • Participate in testing new features and updates to meet quality benchmarks.
  • Contribute to user manuals and support documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a strong focus on ERPNext implementation.

  • Proven expertise in systems integration and business process analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering user training and support.
  • Familiarity with portal and mobile app development is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in an on-site arrangement.
