Roles & Responsibilities

Review and evaluate project tenders, drawings, and specifications.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.
  • Develop pricing strategies and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production for feasibility and cost validation.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive quotations.
  • Lead tender reviews and participate in client clarifications or negotiations.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    BSc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
    8 12 years of hands-on experience in steel estimation (fabrication & erection)
    Strong understanding of technical drawings, steel structures, and production processes
    Proficiency in ERP systems / estimation software
    Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
    Fluent in English
