Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for projects.
- Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets and analyze variances.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quantity take-offs.
- Track and evaluate variations, change orders, and claims.
- Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost reports.
- Support tendering processes and bid evaluations from a cost perspective.
- Review and certify contractor invoices and payment applications.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on cost matters.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
- Maintain accurate cost records, benchmarks, and project documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- 3 6 years of experience in Cost, Estimation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality.
