Senior Estimator Fit-Out and Joinery

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for joinery, doors, and fit-out projects by analyzing project requirements, specifications, and drawings.

Study and understand the scope of work, ensuring client requirements are met.

Determine materials, labor, and other associated costs.

Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

Provide cost-effective value engineering design proposals.

Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of the projects.

Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team, helping them understand project requirements and constraints.

Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within the established budget.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience/ Technical Skills:

Proven a minimum of 5 years experience in joinery, doors and fit-out projects.

Demonstrated experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and estimation software.
