Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the complete estimating process for interior fit-out projects, from initial concept to final bid submission, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential risks, opportunities, and discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material take-offs, labor costs, subcontractor quotes, and overhead expenses, utilizing specialized software.
- Analyze and evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with project requirements and company's policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant certifications such as AACE International's Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or similar, demonstrating professional competency.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in interior fit-out estimating, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Exhibits deep understanding of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and industry best practices. Experience with projects in hospitality or commercial spaces is preferred.
